Summer 2023: Artist Residency

Spring 2023: Museum Family Day

On April 23, the MAM community celebrated Earth Day with activists, performers, and recycling projects. Pleased to work with Suzie Hicks, the Climate Chic, among others, to raise the happy index and bring awareness of climate awareness. The program was based on the community engagement project with the museum titled Sunflowers & Grafftti'd Sky in the Garden State.

Winter: 2023 Museum Docent Workshop

Connecting art history through fiber, museum docents were asked to select a work of art. Docents experimented with a variety of textiles to recreate the piece in finger puppet form to work with museum visitors in explaining elements of artistic work in the collection.
